SMP-45 Photo-MOSFET Relay

The SMP-45 Series is a general-purpose, solid-state Photo-MOSFET relay designed for compact, high-performance electronic systems. Available in SOP, SMD, and DIP packages, it supports switching up to 60 V AC or peak DC and load currents up to 200 mA, making it ideal for low- to medium-power applications requiring high reliability and fast switching.

With a typical on-resistance of 3 Ω, ultra-low output capacitance of 1.3 pF, and minimal off-state leakage current of 1 µA, the SMP-45 Series ensures clean signal transitions and high signal integrity. Its solid-state design eliminates contact bounce and mechanical wear, offering superior resistance to shock, vibration, and environmental contaminants.

This series is optimized for switching both low-level analog signals and higher-level loads such as LEDs, relays, solenoids, and lamps. Its high input-to-output isolation and long operational life make it a dependable solution for industrial, automotive, medical, and test environments.
