MK36 Series Reed Sensor
The MK36 Series Reed Sensor is a miniature recessed magnetic sensor designed for installation in a ø3/8” hole, or in a ø3/4” hole when using an adapter. When using an adapter, the sensor is designed for a press-fit installation that utilises crush ribs to retain the sensor in the installation hole. The sensor has a mating magnet. Housings are available in both white and black, along with cable options of a 2-conductor UL-rated cable or a VdS-compliant cable with a sabotage loop.
The sensor is commonly paired with the mating M36 magnet, or can be paired with an M37 or M38 magnet for larger switching distances.
