Standex Electronics India, a leading manufacturer of precise, reliable and long-lasting sensor solutions, received ISO 9001:2015 certification for its quality management system in the production of sensors, such as the MK06 part and others, for its global network of customers. The certificate is valid until 10 February 2023.
Third-party certification body Tüv Süd South Asia Private Limited carried out the ISO 9001:2015 audit to certify that Standex Electronics India implemented a quality management system that demonstrates the ability to consistently provide products that meet customer and regulatory needs, while aiming to enhance customer satisfaction. It also verifies that there are consistent results in the processes, efficiencies, manufacturing and continuous improvements that allow for reliable, high-quality deliverables.
Located in Chennai, Standex Electronics India offers a 28,000 sq ft cleanroom environment, raw material availability and injection moulding. Skilled labour, including testing, tooling and laboratory capabilities, contribute to quality-focused production of moulded and potted sensors, such as MK03, MK04 and MK18. This facility can handle mid- to high-volume sensor manufacturing for customers locally and globally.
