CRF Series Reed Relay
The CRF Series is an ultraminiature, high-frequency reed relay designed for precision RF and instrumentation applications. With a compact surface-mount package and RF performance up to 7 GHz, it delivers exceptional signal integrity in space-constrained environments. Featuring a rugged thermoset overmolded body and ceramic substrate, the CRF Series offers high insulation resistance, typically 10¹³ Ω making it ideal for low-leakage, high-speed switching.
Available in SPST-NO (Form A) configurations, the CRF Series supports coil voltages of 3 VDC and 5 VDC, and is rated for up to 10 W, 170 VDC, and 0.5 A. Optional ball-grid array (BGA) formats and tape-and-reel packaging ensure compatibility with automated assembly processes.
