M Series Reed Relay

The M Series is a miniature, high-frequency reed relay designed for precision RF switching in space-constrained environments. Engineered with coaxial shielding to maintain a consistent 50Ω impedance, the M Series delivers exceptional RF performance up to 4 GHz, with an optional version supporting up to 5.5 GHz. Its compact surface-mount design significantly reduces PCB footprint while maintaining a robust 10 W contact rating.

Available in SPST-NO (Form A) contact configuration, the M Series supports coil voltages of 3.3 VDC, 5 VDC, and 12 VDC. It comes in Gull-Wing and J-Lead packages, with optional axial leads and dielectric strength up to 1500 V upon request. This series is widely adopted in ATE, telecommunications, and wireless applications for its reliability, shielding effectiveness, and long operational life.
