SHV Series Reed Relay

The SHV Series is a high-voltage, single-in-line (SIL) reed relay engineered for instrumentation-grade performance in compact PCB layouts. Designed to switch up to 1,000 VDC with a breakdown voltage of 4,000 VDC, the SHV Series delivers exceptional isolation and reliability in demanding applications such as automated test equipment (ATE), medical devices, and photovoltaic systems.

Encased in a molded housing, the SHV Series offers insulation resistance greater than 5 × 10¹¹ Ω, while occupying 50% less PCB area than traditional DIP and DIL reed relay formats. It is even smaller than the legacy potted SIL-HV relay, making it ideal for space-constrained designs. Available in SPST-NO (Form A) contact configuration, with coil voltages of 5 VDC, 12 VDC, and 24 VDC, and optional diode and magnetic shielding for enhanced performance.
